He will manage the 22-room boutique hotel while assisting in the development of food and beverage operations at the property and Oddfellows in Chester.
With previous experience in five-star properties and Michelin star operations, Carlo (pictured) has worked for Oddfellows Hotels for more than two years as F&B manager and was instrumental in the launch and creation of Oddfellows On The Park’s food and beverage offering.
“Joining Oddfellows Hotels has been a brilliant move for me,” he said. “I’m working within a management team where I can have an input into how the operations within the hotel are run and which creative direction we take.
“Oddfellows On The Park is a beautiful restoration of a Victorian Hall – I was lucky enough to be involved in its conception and now I have the great privilege of looking after this property as we breathe new life into it.”
Jonathan Slater of Oddfellows Hotels added: “Carlo has more than proved himself over the last two and a half years so it was an easy decision to promote him to hotel manager at Oddfellows On The Park. He is an excellent operator with exacting standards.
“I’m looking forward to continuing what has been an extremely successful working relationship as the Oddfellows family of hotels grows.”
