Signature Living releases new computer images of its Dixie Dean Hotel

LIVERPOOL hotel developer and operator Signature Living has released new computer generated images of its planned Dixie Dean Hotel in the city city centre.

The outside of the Grade II listed Gothic-style Jerome and Carlisle Buildings in Victoria Street are lit to be reflective of the four-star luxury of the hotel’s interior.

The images also reveal Signature Living’s intentions for its planned Football Quarter, with statues of Liverpool FC and Everton FC legends installed along the tree-lined avenue.

The Dixie Dean Hotel, which commemorates the life and career of Everton legend Dixie Dean, is located opposite Signature Living’s existing Shankly Hotel and will open in summer 2018.

Like the Shankly, the Dixie Dean Hotel will showcase memorabilia from the centre forward’s career.

Signature Living founder Lawrence Kenwright said: “The Dixie Dean Hotel will help to further regenerate what was once a forgotten part of Liverpool city centre.

“These images unveil our intentions for the Dixie Dean Hotel, and we hope to delight our guests and visitors with an experience that pays proper tribute to a football icon.” @copy NewspaperTimes - All rights reserved
