This brings the brand’s overall capacity from 34 apartments to 41 which can accommodate more than 250 people a night.

The brand’s success has been recognised with several awards over the last two years, with Epic Apart Hotel most recently named Serviced Apartment of the Year at the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards 2017 for the second year running.
In February this year, it was awarded Liverpool’s first ever World Class Service accreditation for exemplary customer service.
