Sugarvine unveils upgraded website with some snazzy new features

sugarvineLYTHAM based national online dining guide Sugarvine has unveiled a new look and new features with the roll-out of a major website redesign.

Geo-location technology shows diners where to eat nearby – whether they are using a desktop, a laptop or mobile and a new Inspiration Gallery uses hi-res imagery to showcase food, interiors and exteriors.

“The social media generation let their eyes make the decision when it comes to choosing somewhere to eat out,” said Sugarvine Managing Director Clive Holland.

“And with the Inspiration Gallery and the very visual nature of the new Sugarvine site we’re giving venues the opportunity to really showcase what they’re all about.”

Established in 2002, Sugarvine has always combined local coverage with a national reach. The guide covers restaurants, pubs, cafes and catering businesses across the UK and the new look includes a beefed-up editorial section, What’s Cooking, which features dining news from around the country as well as new openings, recipes, videos, chef and venue profiles and competitions.

Venues can publicise their offers and events and videos throughout the year on Sugarvine and the new-look promotion page covers everything a diner to know in order to make an informed decision on where to eat out from looking to booking. The new site has a special restaurateur login too so venues can make their own updates 24/7 if they wish.
