Originally from Halifax, he accumulated a wide experience after starting his early career and training at the Michelin starred Relais Chateuax Isle of Eriska in Scotland.
“I am delighted to join the team at The Leathes Head Hotel and I am looking forward to creating my own new dishes using Cumbria’s finest ingredients and build upon the restaurant’s existing reputation,” said Breaks (pictured).
