The hotel developer and operator says the ground floor of the waterfront icon will become the city’s most stunning location for a brasserie, restaurant, private dining and events space.
Earlier this year, director Lawrence Kenwright told the Liverpool ECHO: “Our intention is to use this spectacular space for luxury weddings and events.
“It will become Liverpool’s most special backdrop for weddings and, as with all of the other important buildings we work with, we intend to preserve the rich history of the ground floor and celebrate its heritage.”
Food operations director Mike Mounfield said: “Signature Living is a growing force in the hotel and leisure industry and we already have a number of successful restaurants in our portfolio.
“Our new venture will take our dining offer to a whole new level so we are looking for the very best.
“We want someone with ambitions to be the next Blanc, Roux or Stein, we want someone who wants to make a real name for themselves in the industry and our search starts now.”
He added that the ideal candidate would have experience in working with fine dining cuisine, and be currently working as a senior sous or head chef.
